Arriving at 11 pm because our train was 4 hours late got off to a poor start because of the loud rock and roll in the lobby. Eventually could communcate with the front desk staff who said it would be quiet in our room. However, it there was loud music on the street outside or somewhere. The front desk said it would end at 11:30. What? I have to wait until 11:30 until I can relax enough to sleep? This is not acceptable. Booking was based on staying at the Sutton Place in Vancouver which is top of the line in every way.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! The location was great. Very walkable to lots of restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Easy access to metro for places that were far away. Definitely would stay here again!

The property was very clean, every detail was attended to and the staff were excellent. We stayed there for the Taylor Swift concert and they provided many little extras such as a complimentary bracelet making station and photo location to enhance our stay. I would highly recommend the Sutton Place!
