Upgraded our room to deluxe which ended up being useful and nice. Planning another trip for November and will definitely be booking at the Fairmont again. Only negative upon arrival we had a drink at Reign, the waiter was aloof and rude. Asked for a glass of ice and rudely asked why I needed one. It was not the way we wanted our trip to start but the rest of the staff and stay was wonderful.

Great location. However, the rooms are small and you can hear your neighbors next door and across the hall. Also, the fitness center was terrible. Only cardio and not much more to workout with. The amount I paid ($350) for the daily rate should include an excellent fitness center. I would not stay here again.

The fairmont is always a great stay the only issue we had was it wasn’t over accessible with a stroller for our 18 month old. They had an elevator at the east exit but it didn’t work most of the time so we ended up having to carry our stroller up and down the stairs. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as always and great amenities.

The room was very small, and the bed was VERY uncomfortable. The comforter and pillows inside were all bunched up so other areas had no paddy. The toilet flush was broken in that it kept getting stuck so the after kept running and to top it off there was hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor, and around the toilet .I would not stay here again

Overall, this hotel was delightful. The service was great, the food was delicious. I just found the decor and the furniture a tad dated. Not mention the lack of open light. The lobby was just so dark. The room was great, but the first thing I noticed was the carpeted room vs stone bathroom, it felt weird. As I stated, overall this hotel was great to stay at, but I just wasn't totally fond of how it looked. It may be superficial, but that's just me. Thank you for my stay.

While the exterior of the hotel was 5 star and amenities reflected such, the room itself was merely good. Sound proofing was non existent, the odd to absent placement of electrical plugs proved challenging. Bed was comfortable, and staff, particularly maid service, were friendly and courteous. Overall, a good visit.
