Old hotel
This hotel needs serious renovations. The property itself is old. Furniture has musty smell. Walls need to be paint. The photos do not show the real true of how this hotel looks. In my personal experience the air conditioner of my room was not working so I went to the front desk informed the situation and they call the technician after a quick review he said air conditioner was fine. A few minutes later air conditioner was still not working correctly so I went back to the front desk and the lady said to the other person that was there that they were going the change me from room, but made it sound like if it was a big favor and that change rooms are not allowed. Not to mention that he new room was even in worst condition that the one they gave me the first time.

We check out and go for breakfast but lady on door of restaurant was quick to charge us even though we checked out a few seconds earlier. Not right. We had to pay $25 for included breakfast. Lady acted like a hotel co-owner. Hope she got her best brown-nose employee of the century award from the hotel for charging a 83 year old woman breakfast. Shame on her.

Todo el personal del Hotel Radison me recibieron muy bien, me hicieron sentirme cómo en casa ya q me he quedado aquí varias veces aparte el personal entero de limpieza, de cocina, del lobby siempre me regalaban sus sonrisas bellas y siempre muy amables👍 El hotel muy lindo con su vista al Canal y Puente de las Americas, tiene muchos Restaurantes q escoger. Es muy seguro de caminar en el día y en la noche. Yo caminaba todos los días deleitándome con la vista de toda la bahía del paseo del canal y Puente de las Americas. Con unas cómodas zapatillas o bicicleta o scooter lo disfrutarías al máximo🙌
