Invested with bedbugs my entire vacation was ruined I got bites all over my body and face woke up with bed bugs crawling over my body. The manager declined a refund! I’ll never return do not book this hotel!

Only reason I didn’t give it stars across the board? No hot water in the showers. Strange because the sinks had very hot water and I don’t mind telling you that’s where I washed my hair/sponge bath. I was in the penthouse too!
