I overall liked staying here, my big complaint was in ability of being able to contact the property. Multiple phone calls and a email that was never responded to. It was very frustrating. I also was told if they were to receive a delivery for me there would be a charge.

Overall I enjoyed this property. The rooms are quite spacious, staff is friendly, breakfast buffet was good. My only problem was the smell of the carpet in the hallways and rooms, it gave off a musty odour.

I really enjoyed my stay with my three kids. We were able to walk around like locals. We are to go to the KFC and Starbuck next door. The breakfast is great! Variety! The pool and bar outside at wonderful drinks! Bar and dining area in the hotel is nice. The staff were friendly and respectful.

Hotel is a great choice. The restaurants on property especially the poolside restaurant Is awesome. Only one thing i would recommend that the waitress and housekeeper be a little more fluent in English, other than that great choice for hotel stay in panama

I got very sick in the room. The room smelled musty. I am allergic to mold. My allergies were horrible. I will never stay Rui again! The restaurant by the pool was wonderful! We got great service and the food was very good. Loved the chocolate martini too!

I loved the vast array of breakfast options. Got a taste of Panamanian food. Clean room. Fresh, plump towels everyday. Varied restaurants on site. Was basically an all inclusive experience.
