Great location for Stratford Festival theatre. Had some concerns because peewee age hockey teams were at same hotel. Fortunately, they have been quiet. It would be nice to know ahead of time if there are such events or at least be able to request rooms distant from those shared by groups that are potentially noisy.

Room needed a sofa. Loved the Kuerig coffee machine. Nice size frig. Did NOT like the noisy fan that automatically turned on with the bathroom lights. Large tub - almost too big!

Beware of their policy’s that they do not state or share before you arrive. Must have a credit card to stay for a $200 charge for accidentals. They will refuse your stay and deny your refund because of their policy. We placed our reservation thru a 3rd party, which had no mention of any such policy. They allowed for our non credit card payment for room but demanded a credit card on file. The staff was so unhelpful, didn’t care that you’d be stranded and later on found a lady crying in the lobby having the same issue we came across when arriving. This place seems like a scam. The room was clean but had no hand soap? Would never ever give them my money or service. This hotel needs to work on their customer service and hospitality, Terrible experience

Great place to stay if you are going to the Stratford Festival. Food in hotel restaurant is excellent. Walking distance to shops, other dining and theatres. Plus the hotel has a pool!

Every thing was top-notch! The bed was so incredibly comfy, the eggs benedict for breakfast was so delicious, and the check in gal was knowledgeable, helpful and just a delight! Wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

The only real problem with this property is the water, it smells horrible like sulfur. Also the restaurant manager was rude to my husband along with asking us if we had a reservation, which we had no idea we needed ,but he gave us a small table and the proceded to just give tables to others coming in. He did not ask any of them for reservations. They did not have reservations. My husband wears his native pride with long hair and some clothing

Overall a good choice. Couple of areas to improve: the commode in the bathroom was too small and not so comfortable and Airconditioner control panel does not have enough options. There is no option to control fan speed.

Beds not comfortable.
The hotel was clean and the check in and out were seamless. But, the beds were not comfortable. The mattress was very soft on the sides close to the bedside table on both beds.

Overall highly recommend this hotel if you’re going to see anything at the Festival Theatre. Unfortunately despite pre-paying with Amazon we had to dispute charges from the hotel, and the issue wasn’t resolved when we checked out.
