I had two rooms under my name and the girl at the desk allowed my friend to check into my room. The pool was SO hot more like the hot tub and the whole reason we went was to bring three children to use the pool. Very disappointing and unnecessary.

Overall, it was quite good and above my expectation. The lobby was clean and tidy, and the room was spacious, generally comfortable and clean. However, there were a few hairs and stains on the bed sheets and pillows. The sink drain was clogged, causing very slow drainage, and the hairdryer was old and sticky.

Great Stay.

Amazing stay. Pool and whirlpool were well kept also. Very polite staff. We stayed there for a week and are from Ohio. The attendants, asked us if there was anything we needed and they always took care of it with a friendly smile.

Very good hotel!

There was a discrepancy between the info online and at the hotel regarding restaurant availability for breakfast, but that was no problem. Considering the cost of the room, at least a continental breakfast should have been included!
