one of our rooms had dirty towels/ bathmats and shower curtain, the ATM machine was out of order and all the vending machines are cash only, Thankfully they leave the breakfast beverage. We however did not complain as we came in late and were tired from our drive. thank you

The customer service rep was able to provide us with a non-pet-friendly room, i e. no animals have been there recently. As a severe allergy sufferrer, this made our stay much more pleasant.

Hotel was quite nice but very noisy. Hockey tournament in town, kids playing hockey in hallways at 11 PM. Didn’t get very good sleep.

Our family tried to use the hot tub but couldn't because there was 9-10 young adults crammed in the 4-5 person hot tub and drinking alcohol. The staff should be doing checks once in awhile or looking at there camera's to make sure twh rules that are set out are followed (or close to it). This discourage my family as well as another that was trting to ultilize it. Secondly - the showers in the rooms had a rain shower head which does not have much pressure coming out. Showers took almost double the time as it was hard to clean the soap out of your hair with rainfall water. I do want to say that the rooms were clean, spacious, and very welcoming

Not satisfied this time around
We were not satisfied with our stay at the Microtel this time around. First of all, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. When I tried to call the front desk to advise, I realized that the phone was not working and when I looked underneath, I saw all the cords hanging with duck tape (see photo). Lastly, there was food left over in the fridge that was smelly. The condition of the room was rough. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and lifted which could be dangerous. The cost of the room was quite hefty and for what we had, it was not worth it. We ask that you please discuss with the manager and house keeping staff.
