I liked that it was clean and tidy. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and well looked after. Also has a sauna, beds were very comfortable, BUT! No microwave, cabinet was damaged by leaking fridge, shower head poorly secured, air conditioner needs to work better. Paid to much for the room with all that needs attention.

I had to call 3 times to the front desk regarding barking dogs in the next room from 9pm to 10 pm to be asked if I wanted to be moved instead of removing the guests with the dogs . I cannot believe a hotel without any USB plugs to charge your electronics and no microwaves that is odd and having the hot tub inside not in service so impossible to keep an eye on the children from the outside hot tub and having the woman’s washroom so far away from the pool entrance. Why is it always men’s washroom is always the first access . Blows me away. Casey’s restaurants are my favorite.

One priority for booking was that the hotel advertised 4 pools including two hot tubs. When we arrived we were told that the inside tub was not working, onlt the outdoor was working. also when I booked I was pretty sure I had booked a room with two queen beds! Our room had two doubles! When I required about switching I was told there were no rooms available. I was not offered a seniors discount or offered a complimentary breakfast. The cost for breakfast was $18.08 x 2. Also our room was dated! I paid $239.00 for a room for 1 night and was expecting a nicer room for the amount I was charged! This was my wifes birthday and I wanted her to have a nice expirence! I will not book here again!

Great stay with more than sufficient parking. Staff of the hotel was very accommodating and shared knowledge of the area. The only slight issue we had was with the attentiveness of the restaurant/pub bit I am not sure that is the responsibility of the hotel.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The room and amenities were excellent. We very much enjoyed the outdoor hotub, and indoor pool area. The adjoining restaurant and lounge were excellent as well. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend staying at this facility.
