The area and location are amazing, but the property desperately needs updating. I had never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have a working bathroom sink - the water would take absolutely forever to go down the drain. Upon asking the front desk to get someone to fix it, we were informed that’s just “how the sinks are”, and that the water would go down “eventually”. We had a great weekend regardless, but would not stay there again, the sink situation was gross.

The hotel was very nice in general. The room and pool area could have been a bit cleaner but it is obviously a very busy location. We had a great vacation. The dog park was great and staff were wonderful. They could use a coffee maker or somewhere for people to get good take out coffee within the building.

We had a great time at the Blue Mountain Inn! It’s about 5 minutes walk to the village and village rentals area for snowboarding and ski gear. We tried both restaurants in the hotel and they both had the 2 best meals we had all trip!

Very friendly staff, delicious meal at the bar and restaurant. However, Our room view was to the big side antenna/ lower roof. Probably the most ugliest. Even though I booked the hotel in advance. Our bed sheets needed to be changed at our arrival, it looked usen and had stains. Housekeeping wasn’t the greatest either. Bed was uncomfortable and the heater/AC was very loud. Generally it didn’t worth our money, however I realize that we stayed during new year, probably the most expensive time. The whole experience didn’t justify the price. Most likely I would not return.

The staff in this hotel are great. However the property is outdated. Towels are worn out and not good quality. The rooms hygiene is not good. Our family didn’t feel comfortable.

I had the opportunity to be checked out by a trainee front desk staff and had the pleasure to stay at the desk longer than necessary, asked for my credit card info at checkout even though I already covered payment at check in. But overall, I prefer staying here as my 2 dogs are always welcome and they have a inhouse dog off lease area. Please maintain excellence and affordable pricing. Thanks,
