Property was nice, designed well, and kept clean. However vacuuming details can be improved as it was dusty around baseboards, edges and all hard to reach places (under the table, etc). My infant found it all!

For the price paid, great location, access to pool and hot tub. Room was dated, no view (parking lot and tree right in from of window- felt closed in), dusty dresser and phone initially did not work. They were not able to offer me a different room but reception did give complimentary drinks at Starbucks for the inconvenience. They also sent a tech immediately to fix the phone.

Love how it has an indoor pool. It’s a short walk to the village as well. The staff are all polite and professional.

Horrifying with mice in the room!
It was the worst experience of our lives. This hotel is filthy. We woke up in the middle of the night to a scratching noise and found mice in the room that were nibbling away on our snacks. Upon informing the management they did nothing except change our rooms and offer a refund. Mice carry diseases and are hazardous. The hotel had no fumigation records to present nor an explanation. Overall as well with filthy carpets, damp ceilings and mouldy looking coffee machines - one could tell they have no regard to even keep the place liveable.

This is the best resort inside Blue Mountain in my view. It is within a 5-minute walk to the Blue Mountain Village, with free parking. The staff is superb, informative, and knowledgeable, and they take the guests' best interests into their hearts. The Jozo bar and the Pottery restaurants in-house both serve great and unique food that are definitely hidden gems. They are much more interesting and with better value for your money than most restaurants inside the Blue Mountain Villages.

Enjoyed the room, pool and hot tub outside and restaurant. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hot tub inside was broken, with only one jet working. The room toilet and shower were noisy. The balcony lacked privacy, open across to all rooms on the floor and there were no table or chairs. Because we stayed only one night, this didn't bother us. Everything was clean, cosy and reasonably priced.
