I liked your dove shampoo, conditioner and body soap, Very high quality and friendly staff. I also enjoyed the heated pool because I could go right in instead of having to warm up to the water. The staff were quick to help me when I forgot my belongings in my room at check out and made sure they were returned to me

The reason I gave a 1 star review is when I stay at a hotel it's to spend the night and sleep. Unfortunately the people in the adjoining room next to us argued very loudly for a great part of the night resulting in no sleep. We left early as we were not impressed. I did call reception 3 times and no one answered. Security and a front desk employee finally did show up and the noise subsided a while after. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable if I could have had some sleep. The bathroom was very small but had everything you needed. We left without using the shower so can't comment on water pressure or drainage. We were offered breakfast but kindly declined as it doesn't make up for a good night sleep.

1. Two false fire alarms in one night??? I had to teach the next day and had minimal sleep. 2. There was no way to up the sound on the TV. They have it blocked and no way to access settings of the TV. If the heating fan is on, I couldn't hear the tv properly 3. Because of the shower curtain rail ithe bathroom door doesn't open fully. Too tight to be able to go to the bathroom. I was there alone...no need to close the door. Change the curtain rod.

First room we were in smelled terribly of disinfectant, was noisy being adjacent to indoor pool like an echo chamber and the beds squeaked with every move! In short the worst hotel room i have ever stayed in, should not be rented to anyone, its a flat out rip off.
