Upon check in, staff were not easily identifiable - not professionally dressed, no uniform, no marking of any kind linking them to the facility. In fact, the receptionist was wearing jeans, and a low cut top with breasts hanging out. For all I knew, I could have been providing my personal information to anyone off the street! When walking further info the building, the venue smelled of marijuana on the first and second floors. There was also evidence of a water leak in the ceiling as it was patched over, but poorly done. Markings on the walls from either things thrown against, carts crashing into them, and the plaster crumbling everywhere in the room and the hallways. My room had the window left open in the middle of December, and the thermostat was reading 58 degrees fahrenheit. As the evening progressed it was evident the window was left open to mask the smell of cigarettes and marijuana that had been smoked in the bathroom and leaving that room and the shower curtain reeking. I had to sleep with the bathroom door closed just to avoid the smell. There was no plug for the tub in order to give the children a bath - but that could have been the ONLY blessing in disguise as we later found fecal matter on the shower curtain. I should have followed my gut and walked out of the facility when I registered and taken my business elsewhere. Will not be staying there again!!!!

Feedback to my recent stay
This was my first time staying at your hotel, initial thoughts were, clean, remodeled, decent price compared to others in area. However i woke up at 3 am smelling cigarette smoke, and couldn't get back to sleep, the air conditioning wouldn't work, was very warm, and to top it off i took a shower, removed a towel from top rack to find a used crack pipe behind it. I took a picture if you'd like to see, this app won't let me add the picture of it. I felt your company should be aware of this. Thank you

The heating was broken in the room and they couldn’t shut it off this made the room so hot. they brought a fan and we slept with the window wide open as no other rooms were available but it was super uncomfortable.
