Our king bed room was clean and comfortable but it lacked any drawers to put your clothes in and contained 1 tiny closet only big enough to contain 2 jackets and maybe a few shirts at best. The shower was a wheel chair accessible shower and the curtain was damaged thus we could not stop water from going out onto the floor.

We’d go again!
We enjoyed our stay. There’s no sign for the entrance or drive through pull in - but once inside the staff are very welcoming and kind. Housekeeping and all staff we encountered throughout the building were kind & seemed happy. The renovation to our room was perhaps incomplete or done a bit poorly- however, the room was comfortable and clean - very clean! The restaurant within the resort was both reasonably priced and to be honest better than many so called high-end restaurants we just suffered through in Niagara. Recommend!

The change rooms for the swimming area. We’re not very well capped at the shower curtains were very dirty. For that reason, we decided not to use the pool, which is unfortunate because the whole reason we booked this particular hotel was because it had Jacuzzi and spa

My only reservation is the front desk occasionally was 4 deep. Twice I called the switchboard and it ran through twice without a pickup. I complained to the front desk and they said there was a technical problem with the phone. Ok I guess But otherwise I was delighed with everything and will be back.
