Excellent stay. Room was great, Restaurant was very nice. Staff were great. Pool and hot tubs well kept and clean. Outdoor hot tub was so nice while the snow fluttered down. Good value and will be back.

Dinner was delicious and delightful. Room was comfy, clean and comfortable. Pool, hot tub and steam room was refreshing. Staffing seems understaffed as lost and found was not responsive to my lost item, request to have room vacummed and process to access the pool was underwhelming. I will return yet hope that systems and protocols can be improved.

Great spot, little difficult to figure out the half raise floor in the newly built side but once in the room we enjoyed it. The fully stocked little Kitchenette was quite nice. The staff were very informative and helpful. All in all it was an affordable choice.

It’s quiet, affordable and convenient place to stay if you ski at blue mountains for few days. The only thing that I can not get used to is the AC, it’s a little bit louder than what I expect.
