We really enjoyed this hotel, but our room stunk! We travelled with a group and had 6 rooms/suites in total, and 5 were perfect. Ours reeked of BO though, it took more than an hour of airing it out to make it tolerable to be in the room. Aside from the stench everything else & all the staff were lovely!

All staff are very friendly, location, very convenient for all the activities we wanted to do and the best part is it’s a pet friendly hotel. Overall very much enjoyed our stay. Will be back again for sure!

Staff don’t take calls when don’t get service , room service 40 late, restaurant 1 hour and 20 mins before a drink served. Called for 30 mins to retrieve car , never answered and had to go down to front desk and wait for car. Stayed here many times and staffing seems to be an issue currently. For this reason not receive value.

Spent the weekend here, mainly to snowboard at Blue for the first time. Ended up enjoying where we were staying a lot more than anticipated! The outdoor heated pools, hot tubs and sauna had us coming back nearly every morning and night. The village has everything you need (shopping or food) in walkable distance and has something to offer for any occasion. Lastly the mountain was fantastic, we’re use to a lot smaller hills and this obviously fit our needs and exceeded our expectations. Definitely would plan to come here again!

We had such a great time at the Westin. Location is beautiful and hot outdoor pools during winter are always magical. The room was super nice and every touch made it extra nice. Super soft robes, even complimentary lavender essential oils!

We appreciate the hotel being pet friendly. Our dog enjoyed nature and snow as much as we did. Having kitchenette in the room was awesome. Just there was one incident: unwashed dishes were in the cup board.. I don't brame the house keeper since they got to clean 15 - 20 rooms in 8 hours by him/her-self, but the previous guest why did they put back dirty dishes in the cup board?? at lest they could left them in the sink if they don't want to wash them.
