Poor service. No tv remote in room, asked for one, they said there was one in there, looked again- no remote. Said they would bring one but didn’t- rude when I complained at reception, we needed it to switch tv off . Very rude night porter! No hair dryer! Felt the room had not been used so far this year

Unfortunately the room was so cold during the night. There is an air conditioning unit that pumps out warmish air but it’s incredibly noisy. The noise from other guests echoes down the corridor and it’s very difficult to get any peaceful sleep. I was glad to leave and go to another hotel so I was able to get some rest. On a plus note that staff are incredible friendly and the breakfast served is of very high quality.

My stay was perfect. Besides being a very nice property the staff was able to accommodate some special requests that I have had problems with at other hotels. Absolutely lovely place. Would absolutely stay there again when in that part of the world.

Great service but shower smelt a little funky
The shower had quite a weird smell and there wasnt a great deal of space, also i didnt realise but i quite like the shower to be in a seperate room however this is the first time its been just a closet as part of my room.
