The hotel was clean, safe and located about A 15 minute walk from Central Station, but the highlight of our short stay was the outstanding, friendly and helpful staff we encountered. Either at the front desk, bar or concierge desk we met great people who went out of their way for us. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Paid a lot of money for what was in essence a 10m squared room, advertised as 22m squared but that also includes the bathroom. Facilities I can’t comment as we didn’t use any, but the room was maintained daily, even then for some reason our room had a very musty smell like damp. I don’t think I’d stay here again, staff were friendly enough but not the quality you’d expect for the price paid. Thankfully we were out most of the day as the room was so cramped you couldn't really chill in there.

very helpful and polite staff. Very nice buffet breakfast. We didn't love the shower draining situation. It becomes very slippery due to the floor becoming all wet. Other than that, enjoyed our stay very much.

We found the hotel very comfortable and with easy access to the city. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean... Rooms was large and bed was very comfortable... we slept so well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Amsterdam!

I loved this hotel! Wished I could have stayed longer but will definitely recommend it to my travelling friends. Hotel is well designed, attractive, up to date with places to charge your electronics. Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, especially since I came in early, having travelled for 11 hours on a plane, and made an early check in possible after a short wait. Another staff member scared up some soup, salad and toast for me even though the restaurant had technically closed after breakfast. I didn’t get to explore the area much but the hotel seemed to be in a good and safe location.

We liked everything about the Monet Garden Hotel, from the comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and excellent customer service to its convenient location close to the city centre and within easy walking distance of the nearest Metro and tram stops. The glasses of Cava on arrival and the thoughtful gift on departure were particularly nice touches. Highly recommended - hopefully we will be back soon!

I felt very safe at the property, very conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to visit. However the WiFi service was not very good at all, and the staff dismissed me whenever I would try to address the issue.
