One of the most charming and pretty hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The Christmas trees and lights everywhere added to the atmosphere. Room was comfortable and the bed very comfortable. Staff was excellent.

The hotel common areas are beautiful. Our room was lovely, the halls are quite narrow and very dark. Some of the staff was not hospitable then gave us misinformation regarding breakfast availability and when asked for additional bottled water I was told we were limited to one bottle per person per day. Not worth the cost!
