in a business area near airport, so it is generally quiet. It is about 25mn drive from Amsterdam city center. Room is clean. I liked the free access to pool and spa area with sauna and hammam which are great to enjoy the stay

Rooms are luxurious. You can check out bikes to cycle on trails in nearby park. Note that their fine dining restaurant is only open Mon-Thu. The only other option is a sports bar.

This hotel was wonderful! We only wish the restaurants had later closing hours for travelers. And the hotel could do better with Airport Shuttle info on their website (nonexistent)!

Scammers . Charged me double ( I paid directly on Expedia for my rooms ) and they didn’t honour my rate or payment. On top of that, they charged 10 euros to bring food to your room. The shuttle to the airport was always full & i waited over an hour to get to the airport. The manager refused to give me a refund for prepaid dates on Expedia. Be careful about prepaid non refundable rooms! It cost me double (1000) for 2 nights stay! Very expensive non existent additional services, and it’s not really close to the airport (15 minutes bus ride) luggage went out the door on the bus! No help with luggage to your room/into the shuttle!

Had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle, which is supposed to run ever half hour. The driver told the front desk he was there but I was watching carefully and no way did I not see the well-marked van. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable; bar service was slow but friendly.

The Steinberger is one of my favourite hotel chains and this stay has reinforced my positive attitude towards this chain. I would highly recommend it for an overnight stay prior to/ after a flight.

Excellent business hotel
This is a very nice business hotel. German, very clean with adequate and friendly staff. Was nice Sports Bar with decent menu of food on a Sunday night, an additional Restaurant avail M-Th apparently. Only complaint was the Phillips TV in room would not turn off, maybe dead batteries. I had to unplug the TV to turn it of. Clean and quiet room. Very little airport noise in room. 2 free Schipol shuttles per hour.
