"Picked up from the airport - lovely lady was waiting with a board with my name on it (and others) gave us all close garlands and a lovely tour of the island - food trucks, supermarket and where to get other bits. The hotel is LOVELYYYY - very nice and my room was huge - very clean and the WiFi works perfectly. Breakfast is very lovely too and healthy. You can tell they think about every last detail. I wanted to go to the Kari Kari show one night and they booked this for me. "

"Maunga Roa Eco Lodge made our stay in Easter Island an absolute dream. The home was beautiful, decorated very nicely, quiet, and the absolute most amazing view one could have on the island. You are away from the hustle and noise from the town and can truly have a retreat with peace and quiet. The host was amazing and made sure everything was perfect. We enjoyed coffee on the covered deck overlooking distant Ahu and the ocean and even cooked a couple meals in the well appointed kitchen. Every day there were fresh towels and bath mats, we even got some fresh eggs from the hosts farm. You will love this gem of a retreat. The view alone is simply worth it. "The host gave us a warm welcome and it’s a whole building with two rooms and one well-equipped kitchen! The hostel located at a quiet place and natural garden with some cute little pets walking around us. It’s so lovely to stay in the hotel and have a good time on the beautiful island when we finish the local trip. Highly recommend!"
