Great service, quick checkin and checkout. Housekeeping attended to my room quickly when I asked. Only downside was... 1 of the 2 elevators was out-of-service so there were delays for the guests.

Property was dated, but clean. Staff went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Air conditioner did leak twice, recommend more frequent cleaning...otherwise, a great experience staying at The Central Park Tower!
