Beautiful room. Ac filter was clogged with dust but staff fixed asap. Breakfast was delicious and lots to pick from. Staff friendly. Only issue has a message to call them asap as my credit card didn’t work. But I paid Expedia. A few calls later it was resolved they had a mix up. Over all great place would definitely return

The women staff was good smile and kind,I felt very good when I checked in. Throughout this trip, many Canadian clerks without smile and we were uncomfortable. She saved my heart.! Now that you mention it, unfortunately there was a hotel with a similar name, so I took the wrong shuttle bus. I want you to tell me about it when I call you. Thank you.

Arrival was a breeze. Checked in quickly! When entering our room it seemed very nice. Until we noticed most of the carpet was completely wet?! Ew! The bathroom floors could of used a better cleaning and the poop stained toilet (inside, thank goodness) could of been cleaned. Couldn't flush it out.. lol Most of our towels were damp too .. not fully dried?? The bed was very comfy and the pillows too.. didn't care for the long black hair under the covers( I'm blonde). Called front desk to them know about the wet carpet and damp towels. Immediately, cleaning staff was at our door with dry towels and took our damp ones. She went and looked at the carpet and couldn't explain why it would be wet. I thought maybe they steamed them ?? But, she said, no tgey were not steamed. Told me we could most likely change rooms which I think was a good plan. We had reservations at a restaurant that we didn't want to be late for and thought to change rooms when we got back. We get a phone call from the hotel while driving to the restaurant and they said, that they needed to change rooms now or we were not able to do so later. Well, we were at the restaurant at this point and said we can't go back.. she said, we can go in ur room and move ur stuff for you and bring to the new room. I didn't really want anyone touching my open stuff.. being I layed out some stuff to change into and had my makeup all on the counter. I had asked if it was OK to wait til we got back and it was firm No. The available ro

This property was simple, clean, and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also used the gym in the morning for a quick workout. The space was small, but it had free weights, a few key machines as well as a recumbent bike, treadmill and elliptical. A decent variety of food was offered at breakfast as well. Reasonably priced and good value for the money.

comfy bed and chair. TV kept cutting in and out, a cable issue likely. If you looked at a certain angle, you could see some stains on the bathroom floor near the toilet. Great to have microwave and fridge.
