The building was very clean and organized and so was the room. Beds were comfy. Everything was in working order. Room was exceptionally clean. Check in and check out were so kind and helpful. The older lady that managed the cafeteria/breakfast area was not very nice. But other staff made up for that short-falling. Highly recommend this place. We are content with our stay and would return.

Only issue is our room is on 3rd floor, and come back from supper and elevator does not work. Being 65 with bad knees and legs, hard to walk up all the stairs. So since elevator does not work cannot go down to pool are with kids and grandkids

Loved it. We were in town for a football camp and was a great safe place to crasg with the family. Breakfast was a hot breakfast and enough to energize everyone for the big day.

This hotel was AMAZING! The hotel staff were friendly, breakfast was wonderful, the beds and pillows were lovely. This hotel was so clean. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Will Not Return
The check in was fast and efficient and the parking lot was well lit and felt safe. There were many signs posted around the hotel about quiet times and the lobby closing down at 10 pm to allow for a quiet experience. Upon entering the room, the first light that came on flickered and was not usable. The trash in the bathroom was not emptied from the previous guest, the towels had stains, and the tub drain was dirty with a detached cover sitting in the tub. The bed linens appeared to be clean and the refrigerator and freezer worked well. The remote for the television was worn and some of the buttons did not work. There was a lot of knocking on doors and talking in the hallways all night. It was late when I arrived, so I did not call the desk, so I cannot say if they would have corrected my concerns. All in all it was a subpar room and unenjoyable stay. I was disappointed that it was rated so high, as my stay was less than desirable.

I didn’t like that they only clean the room upon request. I didn’t realized that I had to ask. I was shocked when I saw my room not cleaned after I came back in the afternoon. Also the room has some fungal smell that I had to keep the noisy fan on all the time.
