The property was nice and really enjoyed our stay. Staff at the front were nice but difficult as only a few spoke English… the taxi concept is very hard. I think the fact it needs to be in cash and euros needs to be highlighted before to people visiting.

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms at this hotel. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, and there was visible dust on most surfaces. Even the bedding didn’t feel fresh, which was unsettling. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, especially at this price point. Definitely not up to par for a comfortable stay. Several times I talked this to the reception and but at the end of the day we felt alot uncomfortable.

This was my second visit to grand park lara and in comparison to when i came in 2022 i do feel some areas have dropped in standard eg, quality of food, service within the dining areas, and entertainment. The staff were mostly nice and friendly and the pool area had a nice and relaxed vibe. Rooms were cleaned to excellent standard. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Being a Platinum customer and having stayed in Lara Beach before I felt this experience was awful. The service was just so poor in comparison to the other hotels we have stayed in.Room upgrade was a family room and nothing to shout about with a crap view, I went to ask for a room change and they did not accomodate my request luckily was only here 4 nights otherwise I would have been very upset. The staff were not welcoming and the night staff where we requested a later check out by 30mins had an attitude. Not a hotel I would recommend unfortunately being a regular traveller I together with my husband felt dissappointed.

We stayed at grand Park Lara for seven nights. The kids absolutely enjoyed their holiday. They loved the swimming pool and all the kids entertainment that was available on a daily basis. The food was always available and in lots of different varieties however the food was a little bland as compared to what we normally eat in the UK however we took some Chilli sauces from Home before we went because we were given a bit of notice about this overall it was a fantastic holiday with lots of fun activities for the kids and would definitely recommend for those with family who want a reasonably price holiday in Anyalya to visit grand Park Lara

Our six time s on park Lara and this last Tim really dissapointed us! In most of the things all has gone down. Just a little example We as a freaken t visitor allways got a plate with fruit and a bottle of whine. This time notging! And waiter go and take bread from the costumers plate and put them back on the breakfast table! Consumer shouldn’t take so much at first but I am a costumer don’t want to eat someone asked bread!!

Nice hotel, but rooms were not as clean as could be. Hotel beds were terrible. Lots of food, lots of pools, good access to the beach with good facilities. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. A good hotel if you're on a more of a budget than the fancy hotels in the area cost.

Je souhaite vous faire part du pire séjour de ma vie…. Votre Hôtel ne mérite à peine 2 étoiles …c’est scandaleux de facturer autant … Comment est ce que vous pouvez afficher de tels prix ?!?! J’aurais honte à votre place… Un buffet avec des plats pleins d’eau sans aucun goût ..,aucun transat de disponible il faut se réveiller à 5 heure du matin pour avoir un transat. Je vous souhaite une belle fermeture et je n’aimerais vraiment pas être à la place des prochains vacanciers… J’ai déjà séjourner à l’hôtel Liberty et à l’Hotel Concorde …ce sont des établissements incroyable Vous devriez prendre exemple sur eux Je ne reviendrais jamais dans votre hôtel Mention spéciale à la dame asiatique qui m’a encaissé 110 euros en espèces sans aucune facture et surtout son accueil très froid pas du tout aimable …
