Fortunately we could upgrade the room upon arrival, because the Bamboo Suite was not what we thought: it was a tiny bedroom with no storage space, and a shared common room. "THE DREAM BEACH RESORT is just like its name says. “A dream resort”. The resort is beautifully built and the décor is out of the world. PERFECT in all aspects. The private villa we had booked was amazing, spotlessly clean and beautifully done. The view from inside was dreamlike, the entire front door and also the bathroom doors were of glass, so when you open your curtains you see the sea in all its beauty. The staff is absolutely amazing and ready to do everything you want them to do The food they serve is also fresh and tastes fabulous .My wife got a delightful hummus and pita bread the owner made personally. The restaurant and the bar are beautiful places to enjoy your food and drinks. 2) The below incident speaks about the way they look after their guests. The day we were checking out my wife had an accident and she hurt her head and her back very badly. She had to be taken to the hospital. Ms Rea, the manager, personally accompanied us to the hospital and stayed with us till the x-rays and the doctor's report was done. Their massage lady and Rea gave first time intervention which was timely before we took her to the hospital And finally, they send the masseur (who was Rea’s mom incidentally) with us all the way back to PUERTO PRINCESS airport so that my wife could be comfortable. The owner's mother was at the resort and she was with my wife while she was in pain, consoling her and comforting her. I feel very grateful for all the help. AMAZING STUNNING RESORT"

"lovely, authentic place located in beautiful nature surroundings on the top of the hill (mind there are a lot of steps to get up there, although worth it). Walkable distance (1 km ) from the Vanilla beach , were all main amenities such as ATM, shops and restaurants are available. Overall great place and definitely would recommend it."

"Our trip to Lagen Island was amazing! My husband and I visited on a vacation, and I highly recommend you visit this place! The location is dream-like, and every day, we were amazed to be in such a beautiful, serene, and relaxing environment. We loved that the resort was built with nature, so we always felt surrounded by the forest and the ocean. Amazing activities are included, so they should be included in your price assessment. We went on two 4-hour and one 3-hour sightseeing, kayaking, and snorkeling excursions, and they were fantastic! The crew was kind and informative and got us to popular spots before all the other tourists. Winston was our guide on all our trips, and he is truly the best! Jonathan helped on your trips as well and made sure everything went smoothly. The resort also has great kayaking and a beautiful cove for kayaking and snorkeling. One of our favorites was the short hike over the island to a private beach. It was always empty for us, and we could walk, kayak, and swim on it. The resort itself is beautiful, and everyone was so thoughtful and kind. They were always available to answer questions and help make our trip perfect. The team members who became like family to us: Gamie was always around sharing information about the area and making great drinks! tip-happy hour is great! Bhel, Loisse, and Marceline ensured all our plans were booked, and we were always taken great care of. The food was also great! Stay here, you won't regret it! "
