Beautiful & Spotless facilities, great breakfast buffet, a wonderful spa including a Czech beer spa, easy walking distance to museums, sights/monuments, and a tram stop directly in front of the hotel. All for very reasonable/affordable prices. Had a wonderful stay here, and will stay here again when I return to Prague. Would highly recommend! "

"This is my utmost pleasure to review about this gem of a hotel in Prague quarter where I grew up. I stayed in Mama Shelter in April 2025 for more than a week and every day was a joy to return to the hotel after a long day out and about. The reception is open 24 hours and Mr. Matěj, who was checking me in was very friendly, kind and efficient. I was also lucky that he was checking me out at my departure. The room cleaning was absolutely immaculate and regular every day, and the bed and bedding had a luxurious feel. The room was very quiet and you didn't hear any commotions/noise from neighbouring rooms. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect and central and get you quickly to every part of Prague. My sincere thank you to all cleaning ladies, to all staff and to Mr. Matěj at the reception to make my stay so special. I certainly will be coming again, hopefully soon!"

"This is a great place for travelers. The staff is friendly and helpful, there's a corner store near by if you feel for a bag of chips, and there's a pool with a sauna. I have absolutely no complaints other than figuring out the currency to pay for laundry. "
