Well, the hotel is very conveniently located but it lacks some basic features. The bathroom is outdated, it is difficult to take a shower, we were not offered an upgrade. We got a very dark room. We were not warned that to service the rooms you need to request them.

Wonderful well location hotel with great staff
Wonderful 4 night stay at Hotel Continentale in Arezzo, IT. We had a quiet comfortable room in a hotel that is a 10 mins. walk from the train station in one direction and a 10 min. walk to the old and historic part of town in the other direction. Very nice breakfast in the AM fir a reasonable price with very attentive staff. Front desk staff were always helpful. So much to see in Arezzo (medici Fortress, Archeological Museum, the Cathedral and Church of San Francesco. A good location for our day trips to towns of Cortona, Pienza and Montepulciano.

Great location, less than 300 ft (100 m) from the train station, walkable evrywhere. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is small (European style), and the water pressure was literally a trickle. The first evening there was no hot water for several hours, so I had a very invigorating cold one. It helped with the heat later though. The breakfast is good, although there are no heaters under the trays, so you may have to enjoy some cold scrambled eggs. The sweets are great. The hotel is not expensive even during season so fair value for the money

This was the perfect place for our stay in Arezzo! You can not beat the rooftop terrace for views over the city. All the staff were wonderful and so helpful when our fridge didn’t work they kept wine in the kitchen fridge chilling for us. We loved our stay here and we would definitely come back!
