I have had the pleasure of being introduced last year around this time to stay with a close friend, we dinned out came back met the receptionist, slept comfortably and a primo breakie the next morning, absolutely 5 star for my wonderful experience not too mention feel very safe at this very co sy hotel :)

Window right next to a busy road with very little sound deadening so very loud, fridge also very noisy and next to the bed. Bed was average. Service was brilliant, reception was easy and instructions very clear.

STAFF to be commended. extremely helpful and considerate. BIG PROBLEMS!! No ramp entry! Lift for luggage and/or Incapataed guests non functional!!!!! Room 214 fantastic Shower area for paraplegics/incapacitated guests BUT, bed is 500cm behind door denying entry for stroller or wheelchair!!!!!!
