Cups have some coffee or tea stains. Two of my guests move to a hotel due to false fire alarms for so many times and window blinds are broken and no blockout curtains.. "

"Check in took an hour and a half. The instructions were not clear, did not have the correct names for security, messaging with the host was no help, and someone else parked in the reserved space. After all that the unit door lock was broken and the door could not lock. The host told me housekeeping could operate the lock normally which was BS. Mechanically it was missing a part and there is no way it could work. The host arranged a service call to repair it two days later and without notification."
