"Stayed for a family holiday. Superb hotel with a huge swimming pool and a nice beach. Even at full capacity the pool area felt very spacious and loungers were always available poolside. Service is outstanding in all areas, the staff cannot do enough and are very attentive everywhere and go above and beyond. Rooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds and the location of the hotel is great as it’s in the West Bay Area so all the major sights are a short taxi ride away and there are plenty of dining options should you wish to go out in the evenings. "

"The Staff were brillian and customer service excellent. Had dinner at the 33 rd floor restaurant and the head chef ( a Korean) was amazing with his knowledge and uderstanding of his office. And for the guys at the conceige, amazing. What can I say of the maids and those at reception. Will definately come back"

"Really enjoyed my stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Lusail. The staff were extremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They always place the needs of the guests first…hallmarks of a true luxury hotel. I was well looked after by everyone. Some of the team members I remember were Sangeeta (reception), Kat (concierge), Vishal (concierge), and Htun (Scarpetta restaurant). Keep up the good work guys, and thanks so much. The hotel itself was lavish, well maintained, and had it’s own private beach. The hotel was within a 5 minute walking distance of the Place Vendome Mall, and other major attractions were easily accessible by quick uber rides. It was lovely to get a sea view upgrade on the room. This is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my international trips. l strongly recommend it. "
