The reception staff was unhelpful and borderline rude , the woman on the reception appeared to be serving meals , drinks and attending customers , however no service awareness at all . We arrived at 14.30 and needed to get changed for a wedding , however no facility for this was offered . This hotel is the only in the town so no competition at all , which might be the reason why this hotel is still trading , they need to retrain front of house staff, how to meet and greet customers , as well as sorting out their staffing issues . With regards Susanne Frisculo ( HCIMA , hotel,catering and institional management) .

Hotel in our favorite small Danish town.
Assens is a small town that we enjoyed walking around. Very safe. Nice shops, bakery and small cafes. Italian restaurant near hotel is very good.

Provinshotel med god beliggenhed
Lidt stive regler for indcheckning og morgenmad, som jeg tror skyldes corona-situationen. Værelses rent, men spartansk. Vi var dog glade for at der var 2 stole, omend ikke særlig komfortable. Badeværelset var rent, men bruseren elendig og badeforhænget ikke stort nok til at holde vandet inde. Alt i alt et ok-hotel

Eneste hotell i Assens
Hotellrom med svært enkel og umoderne standard. Står ikke i forhold til prisen, ca 1400 NOK pr natt for et dobbeltrom. Pluss for hyggelig betjening. Morgenmaden var enkel, men ok .

Trevligt hotell på Fyn
Mysigt och trevligt boende som ligger nära till stranden. Restaurangen har hög servicenivå med god mat. Ett hotell som vi kan tänka oss att återkomma till.

i forhold til forventninger til et renoveret 4 stjernet hotel, var opholdet skuffende. Små værelser som ikke have indretning til udpakning af tøj til 4-5 dages ophold. Senge presset sammen i et hjørne og ingen natborde. Toilet presset op mod væggen, så man fik kæmpetoiletholderen op mod benET.

Surt personale som hverken siger velkommen, godmorgen eller farvel. Intet smil fra nogen af dem. Informerer ikke om noget som helst. Værelset var kedeligt. Ingen hygge. Hvide vægge med absolut ingenting på. Værelset var kun lidt større end sengen. Intet sengebord. Små håndklæder. Beskidt badeforhæng. Ikke fedt når bruseområdet er så lille at forhænget konstant klæber til kroppen. Lille tv som stod på skrivebordet, så dette var ubrugeligt. Ingen kaffemaskine selvom det står som standard. Jeg har oplevet højere standard på det tarveligste motorvejshotel i Sydeuropa. Sengen var okay. 800 kr pr overnatning er alt for meget for det de tilbyder. Det burde koste det halve.

God værdi for pengene
Et enkelt værelse med en god seng, godt fjernsyn og et pænt badeværelse. Men først og fremmest oplevede vi en rolig nat.
