"Airport shuttle service was very good. Restaurant/bar were still open and serving after we checked in at 9:30 PM Excellent, included breakfast buffet. Positive vibes. All of the staff were super friendly. Very nice room."

"Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "

"Gostamos de tudo no hotel, exceto a experiência no restaurante Vezzoso…. Nas últimas vezes que fomos, ele não era cobrado a parte e a qualidade era infinitamente superior… além de não nos terem informado no ato da reserva que tinha uma cobrança a parte, o fato de estar pior nos deixou bastante insatisfeitos (exemplo: desta vez tinha apenas 1 queijo…. Tudo bem que era grana padano, mas apenas 1 eu achei péssimo….. Da última vez que fomos tinha macarrão “ao vivo”, uma infinidade de queijos, e fomos atendidos por uma pessoa que nos apresentou todas as opções e fez questão que provássemos tudo, foi excelente. Dessa vez tínhamos reservado a sexta e o sábado, mas depois da experiência da sexta, cancelamos e não pretendemos voltar mais no restaurante. Foi triste e decepcionante."

"Property was advertised as having wifi. It turns out, the connection in the room was spotty and very slow when it did work. It was impossible to conduct my online meetings in the hotel during my stay. I complaint at the reception and discussed the situation with Expedia. I checked out after two of the 5 day stay. The hotel would not agree to allow Expedia to reimburse me for the three days I did not stay. Expedia should be responsible for ensuring any claims, such as the availability of wifi, is indeed the case. This had a major impact on my trip."
