Quiet, clean, safe, great location, cheap, shabby
It's quiet, safe, clean, well located, comfortable, CHEAP, and clearly was a much nicer hotel at one point with pool, conference rooms, etc. The room was shabbier than the last time I stayed here with the bathroom door rotting at the bottom, flaking paint on the ceiling, carpet torn up in some places, lampshade disintegrating. I still think it's a good value and will stay again but even by my standards it's getting a little shabby.

This may be a cheaper option, but I promise you it’s not worth it. I travel for work using a per diem so I try to get the best bang for my buck and this by far was a terrible decision to stay here. The towels are all stained with make up and other weird stains, which leads me to believe that they are not washing with quality products. The doors are all chewed up from the previous dogs that they have probably let stay at the location charge the customers and did not fix the door. Majority of the lights do not work as well as the parking lot , the staff has majority of the parking spots blocked off that are closer to the door. There are less options open there’s always someone in the hotel that shouldn’t be there because the police is always there serving a trespassing warrant. It’s very noisy. I had the pleasure of staying next 304 once I made the front office aware they said they would not be switching my room. The front staff is very rude. They never answer the phone.

Rude clerk, first room had to be changed due to peep hole having no glass in it I could put my finger straight in the room from the outside. Room smelled and trash in hallways. This place was trashy.
