The sheets on the bed were dirty. The hotel staff doesn't answer the phone for guest concerns. My hot water went out in the room I finally got through to the front desk and they couldn't locate maintenance. The housekeeper entered my room without knocking,

Don't stay here!!@
We have stayed here before & it wasn't so bad. Alot dog poop outside, on the sidewalk. But the rooms were ok. This time, very very different & disappointing. The room smelled like dog piss, very overwhelming. We tried calling the front desk multiple times & no one answered & no one was there when we walked to the front desk. When we checked out & told them, they didn't even care. We will never stay there again!!! Hotels should treat people with pets like smoking & non smoking, so that people who don't travel with pets don't have to deal with pet dander & pet smells, especially pet urine. Also the coffee pot was gross, no dish soap available. The cream & sugar packs were old......just Very Disappointing.

Really liked WaterWalk. Perfect for a long weekend. Room design was like a town home with living kitchen area and 2 separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Very quiet and central location for the weekend’s activities. Only down side was TVs didn’t work and entrance door was hard to open from inside and out.

I was not expecting the unit to be FULLY furnished with EVERYTHING I needed including a washer and dryer! There was nothing that I didn't like about it! Will definitely stay again!

What was so cool about this property is it's built up almost like an apartment complex your bathroom has a full scale washer and dryer you have a dishwasher a full fridge that makes ice a bedroom combined like a studio TV couch chair lamps shower or tub I mean it's really nice you have a swimming pool very small though and you have a little tiny area to play paddle ball or tennis but not a full-blown tennis court inside the lobby there's a beautiful fireplace big huge Stone that's meant to be like a table made out of a big huge Stone beautifully done every room has artwork and the lobby has a room that has a game room with foosball and different activities the staff are very pleasant the price was reasonable through Expedia I mean this place was amazing would I ever stay at a waterwalk place again absolutely
