Not bad for the cost.
Check in went smoothly. Awesome view of the ocean! The windows had finger prints and the bath jets were shooting out hair. The curtains all had some sort of staining. Front desk was called and someone was sent up to clean. They did remove the parking and resort fees. The furnishings had all seen better days. We decided to stay an extra night and that was a hassle. I’ve never had to check out to check back in like it was a whole new stay before. That cause an additional hold to be put on my credit card that I was not happy about. Generally the room keys just get reprogrammed for the extra day. We did like that there was a small fridge, microwave and kitchen set up. We did a tour of the place and found out that they did have other rooms that are updated and appear to be cleaner. It’s a shame that you can’t get those on this app.

Need New Management
The first room (2104) did not have heat, no towels, then we were moved to another room (2203) and the carpets were filthy again no towels. The women at the front desk was so rude when I requested another room with larger windows so I can open if needed because I have a breathing problem, she just snapped at me and said she has no other room. I felt we should have been offered an upgrade because of all we were put through.This hotel is nothing like it use to be years ago. The front desk is the worst it's ever been and my husband and I have been going there for over 25yrs. Management won't even respond to complaints.

This seems like it was a fancy place maybe 15 years ago, just hasn't been upgraded since. It's clean but the furniture, carpets, bathrooms, etc. are clearly rather old and in some cases visibly worn beyond what you would expect them to keep. Great location, right on the boardwalk, nice ocean view, in the middle of the main drag with lots to do in an easy walking area. Annoying check-in, as the parking deck attendant and security guard told me to park in the entry circle for a few minutes to get my parking pass and drop my luggage, and at the same time another staffer kept yelling at me that I can't park there even after hearing them tell me to. They were not busy at the time either. For the price and the convenience, it was worth it and I would consider going back, depending on other available options.

I wouldn't recommend to others.
Everyone was friendly, i love the service especially check in 😊 i love how convenient everything is around the hotel. I would definitely go back. The only thing I would change is the decor needs to be updated. The pull out sofa was peeling and in the bathroom im not sure but it looks like mold around the creepy looking mirror above the tub.

Our room was pretty clean, though it felt a bit old-fashioned. The furniture and decor had seen slightly better days, but everything was tidy with soaps and shampoos laid out for us. The best part was definitely the view we had. The large windows let us see the Steel Pier and the boardwalk, which were AWESOME. Each morning, we could watch people strolling along the boardwalk. The view of the Steel Pier added a bit of charm to our stay, giving us something to enjoy while we relaxed in our room. The sound of the waves was a constant background noise, which was relaxing. Overall, the combination of a clean room and the pleasant views made our stay very good.

We stayed 2 nights in room 1811, as soon as we walked through the door all you could smell was mold and stale air. The furniture in the living room was from the 80’s, poor condition and uncomfortable. The bed however was very comfortable, that’s the only good thing we can say about the room. The bathroom was full of mold, the air vents were covered in years worth of dust and mold, turned on the jets to the jacuzzi tub and the water instantly turned black. The entire building is in need of a remodel and the housekeeping staff through management need to be fired for the conditions they allow.
