During check in the lady was very rude. The quilt on the bed was dirty had to go downstairs for fresh bedding. The pull out was very uncomfortable my daughter couldn't sleep on it . The water pressure In the shower was non existent. Ate at one of the food options and the waiter ignored us was mostly on his phone and got our order wrong. When I booked the room on Expedia there was no mention that the pool was being renovated.
