The staff, service, and updated/clean hotel are the reasons we come back. The gentlemen at the front were welcoming and helpful. They even open doors, and load luggages. Checking in, Joy helped us and he was kind and informative. The gentleman that delivered our room service, the cleaning ladies, were all fantastic. Their kind and friendly demeanor makes staying at jw marriott wonderful. And a beautiful hotel with clean sheets and towels is always a must. Jw marriott delivers.

The room was great, the distance from Disney Land was only a 10 minute walk, the bar service was great with great selection of food. overall staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall my family has a very comfortable and great stay at the hotel.

The JW Marriott Anaheim exceeded my expectations. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. There’s a great selection of on-site dining options, catering to various tastes and budgets, as well as some convenient shops for added ease. Its location is a standout feature—just a short distance from Disneyland, making it ideal for park visits. Additionally, the hotel offers convenient access to the freeway, making it easy to explore other attractions in the area.

Lots of issues for us personally while there, it was obviously a honeymoon stay for the people before us my kids found countless fake rose peddles under couch cushions. The mini fridge was half broken and wouldn’t open as it was drag on the kitchen floor because the shelve was broken. When we went to use the pool on Thursday the pool heater was broken so we couldn’t swim, then we did the next day laundry service and it took them two plus days to get it to us because they couldn’t get a hold of the 3rd party they use so we had to buy new clothes for one of the days. Then the last night we were there we decided to eat dinner at their restaurant and it took 1 hour and 45min as they messed up on my pasta twice. Not that they bright it out and I sent it back, they just never brought it to the table and kept saying they messed up in the back so we waited. Nothing was ever comped for any of these issues or even remotely apologized for. Great looking hotel, but our stay was not great.

Not worth the money in any way.
Check in was great and the staff were all very nice but everything else was lacking. Firstly, for the price you pay, they should have a place for you to park. It is sketchy to have to pay $30+ dollars a day to park in the Garden Walk parking garage. And if you don’t trust leaving your car in a garage overnight where any derelict can come and mess with it, you’re stuck with $65/day for Valet. Then there was the room. The bathroom mirror has a backlight that cannot be turned off and brightens the room. You can barely minimize it with the bathroom door since it’s opaque glass. The sheets and the comforter were also too small for the bed. The fitted sheet was almost popping off the mattress and the comforter went from our necks to our ankles. Not to mention they felt like the cheapest sheets possible. We didn’t even try on the robes because they felt like rough towels. Last but not least, we picked this hotel because we had a long reservation planned here in January and wanted to test it out beforehand. We specifically were trying to get a hotel room that was away from rude families and their ridiculously loud children. That didn’t happen. As we were trying to sleep, a child continued to scream their head off right outside of our door. We didn’t get much sleep, checked out very early and were offered no kind of compensation from the morning staff. Don’t waste your time or your money. Other Marriott hotels in the area are far better.

Staff were very friendly. The room was modern and in great shape. There are many restaurant choices adjacent in the Citywalk. We stayed there to visit Disney. It is only a 15 walk to the gates.
