We arrived at property several hours before our appointed check in time after debarking from a cruise at the Port of Vancouver. We were warmly greeted by a member of the front desk staff who had us complete our registration and took our mobile number so we could be contacted when our room was ready. We had lunch in the on-site restaurant and took a short walk around the block. About half way through our walk we received a text that our room was ready. We returned to the hotel and settled in to our room on the 7th floor. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable and quiet. No complaints what so ever. The free shuttle to the airport was a nice bonus. Thanks.

Arrived in the evening for a one night stay before a cruise. The restaurant on site was already closed (11 PM) and nothing in the area but some Asian food places several blocks away. (not American Chinese type but 'real' Asian) Breakfast the next morning on site was an overpriced buffet with substandard and mostly lukewarm food. This property is overpriced for the limited convenience and limited food options.

I am very sensitive to all sorts of allergens. There are times when staying at a hotel I’m fine, and other times not so great. A few times I have had to request a change of pillow cases or bedsheets to help with my allergies and they have always been so kind and accommodating to do so. They do go out of their way to accommodate you with a smile on their face. Thank you to all the staff at Radisson!:)

We had an unexpected layover at Vancouver Airport. This hotel was easy to book and had 24 hour airport shuttle. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly.
