We really enjoyed the location and convenience of staying at this property. The grounds of the hotel complex are quite nice - lots of trees and flowers, a fountain. The area around the hotel felt relatively safe, even late at night. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to Robson Street and Granville Island. The staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Convenient parking. The hotel was clean. The elevator to the 32nd floor was very fast. The views were amazing.

Our stay at the Sheraton was decent. The customer service was very good and the door men were very nice and helpful. They let us check in early and check out at 12. The rooms were clean but the beds were hard and not comfortable. In a good location lots of places to walk to. There’s a Starbucks, cafe, and liquor store in the building. A bit of homeless people in the area but not too bad.

The hotel room was reasonably clean and offered lots of wardrobe space. We were in a family suite and had registered all 4 people staying there, but for some reason housekeeping only left us 2 glasses and 2 bottles of water each day. The primary bedroom was a LOT smaller than expected – room only for the bed, no desk/dressing table or incidental chairs as were present in the secondary. Doorpersons basically ignored us after we first arrived as we didn’t hand out cash for them opening Taxi doors and offering to help with baggage, which we declined. As we’d JUST arrived and were very tired, we’d not had time to load up on CAD. Seeing how mercenary they were was very off-putting. Trying to get a lift from the 11th floor between 9AM and 10AM was impossible. If a lift did stop on your floor, it was already full. 4 lifts serving 35 floors really felt inadequate at these times. 3 weeks after leaving the hotel I’m STILL waiting for my room deposit to be returned. Sheraton have not responded to any of my 3 inquiries on why this is taking so long.

Amazing! Loved the property, the view was phenomenal, and the room was spacious. Check in was easy and they had rooms early so it was great.

Amazing hotel , great staff and great amenities but the proximity with the emergencies brings a lot of noise during the night and also quite a few homeless and addicts in the area. Never felt unsafe tho.
