Decent little boutique hotel, it was clean and I give that credit to house keeping for obvious reasons. Concierge was not very welcoming or very informative of the amenities the hotel or surrounding stores or restaurants offer. Valet kid was nice and helpful. All and all it is a lot of younger people running this hotel which means the customer service isn't there like seasoned older people that have been in the industry for a long time.

Such an amazing experience staying here. The staff at reception were great, they had me checked in within minutes of arriving. Not to mention the rooms are cleaned to perfection. 10/10

It's a clean place in a nice area. The staff however, were not that good with communication. Also they have zero flexibility for early check-in or late check-out. Their excuse was that they are fully booked while there were lots of room vacancies of different room types on the booking sites. Overall, nothing special about this place compared to other hotels in North Vancouver.

this is a fairly new hotel and friends of mine went there and said they liked it, it was clean and quite modern in room design but very small room and no view, but for the money was acceptable.

This was a beautiful and hospitable little place! My husband and had a wonderful breakfast in the restaurant and it was one of the best we had on our trip! The room was really comfortable and stylish! The staff was amazing, thank you for a wonderful time!

From check-in to check-out, our stay was flawless. It is a quiet oasis along the shipyards most lively and bustling area. The room we stayed in was gorgeous with great attention to guests comfort. We enjoyed it so much, we decided to stay another night but they had no availability. We will definitely plan to return!
