The facility is very nice and located in a vibrant and fun area in Vancouver. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They were so helpful and pleasant I wish I could give them six or seven stars in my rating. I would definitely stay here again.

I would come back but without my kid. The issues that I had was that the pool was too cold for him, they had no on-site life jackets and ordering a breakfast for him from the restaurant was kind of painful.

Quick overnight trip. Great location. Nice hotel. Only issue was the a/c. Room was set to 64 but stayed at 77. We told them about it on our way out for the evening but nothing changed. We were able to open a window so managed fine.
