It was a very nice hotel. We went to go to dinner tho and missed the step on the way out. My husband recovered but I did not. I immediately went back to room and put my foot up that was injured. Had to stay in room and be wheelchair assisted back to US and have traumatic 4 fractured foot and possible surgery. Could not enjoy the breakfasts included in room and more of Vancouver.

Pretty good hotel and has many restaurants around. Also close to the train station. There's a nice gym and a pool, free laundry room. Staff are nice.

The facility is very nice and located in a vibrant and fun area in Vancouver. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They were so helpful and pleasant I wish I could give them six or seven stars in my rating. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a very comfortable and welcoming hotel with lovely staff. Daniel organised all our trip and. Booked everything we needed & wanted to do. The breakfast staff were very nice and attended anything we wanted. The spa after a long day out was amazing.
