This is the fifth time I have stayed at this hotel. The staff is top notch. They’re super friendly and they never make you feel like you’re bothering them with anything. They’re always happy to chat and Al’s how the stay is going. We always stay when we are going to the hockey games and they keep an eye out for you on your return. Your safety is paramount to them. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they all are. They make the stay that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in downtown Vancouver. Well done.
