I stayed here during a medical trip to Vancouver and was looking for a comfortable place to recover after surgery. This hotel did not disappoint. Front Desk Staff were exceptional! Polite, Professional, and really friendly. The room was really comfortable, it was nice having a kitchenette in the room. The TV setup worked well, it was nice to be able to connect my headphones to the TV, so that my wife wasn't disturbed while she worked in the room during the day. Nice touch. The only adjustments that I would recommend to the rooms would be: A small shelf in the shower for personal care products, it's 2024 and not everyone will want to use hotel shampoo and conditioner, but there isn't a spot to place your own within the shower (also providing a 2 in 1 is not it, sorry guys) Along the same lines, having a hook or 2 in the showers for wash cloths and face cloths would be lovely, There really isn't a place to put them, which was a bit of a nuisance. Bibles in hotels rooms should go the way of the dodo - If people want to bring their own that is fine, but as someone who isn't religious, this is just bothersome. I admit they found a nice cozy spot in the freezer. Honestly I was a little surprised to find them in a nice modern hotel. I would have expected that sort of thing from a cheap motel on the side of the highway. Overall I have zero complaints and will be staying at this hotel again.

The Element Vancouver Metrotown offers modern, clean suites with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The convenient location makes it an excellent choice for exploring the area. The sauna and pool are great for relaxation, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast variety could use some improvement, as it falls short compared to other standard hotel breakfasts. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for both short and extended stays.

Swiftie approved!!

We booked for the Taylor Swift concert in Vancouver. They had reasonable prices unlike many hotels that significantly increased their prices. The hotel is conveniently located to the metrotown station. Our room was spacious and iverlooked the city and mountains in the background. Awesome brekafast with many differnt choices for options to choose.

Beautiful clean property..excellent suite, balcony with view. Nice jacuzzisl, freezing poil. Expensive tiny parking and no currency exchange. I needed quartfor 1 load of clothes and they exchanged a $20US at par...keeping $8 profit from me, making my $4.50 loan coat $12.50.

I recently stayed in a suite at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was exceptionally clean and filled with natural sunlight, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Although I didn’t use it, the kitchenette was a thoughtful addition. Breakfast was included, but the variety of food options was somewhat limited. One of the highlights is the convenient location. The Metropolis shopping center, just a short walk away, has a vibrant atmosphere, especially with its festive Christmas decor that lifts the mood. Directly across from the hotel is the Crystal Center, where you’ll find plenty of foreign exchange shops. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and convenience.

You should stay at Element!

The staff at Element went out of their way multiple times to assist us on the day of our daughter’s wedding. They were always pleasant to any request and responded within minutes to special requests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking in this area. The location is perfect for restaurants and shopping.
