Very classy place. Super professional, competent, and hospitable staff. Very nice room, well stocked and outfitted. Excellent fitness center and best hotel pool I've ever had the pleasure to use. Kudos to the fitness center attendant who was informative, friendly, and totally on the ball. All in all, best hotel experience in along time.

Did not like that hotel parking also shared with the public so we had to wait for people enjoying the amenities in the area to leave…very inconvenient! Other than that, hotel was great….overpriced but understood due to the event we were there for

I enjoyed my stay at the Pinnacle. The room was clean and tidy. I was happy to have a balcony although the view of a whole tone of condos wasn’t exactly what I was expecting to see. The pier was noisy first thing in the morning because of the business’ in the area and I was woken up by shipping containers being moved around. All in all the restaurant is good, the room rates were better than almost anything in the city and I would stay here again.

Our stay was great for our Taylor Swift weekend! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even thought it’s across the harbor from Vancouver the seabus which is a walkable distance away made it so easy to get back and forth. Lots of food options nearby.

Ideal locatuon for those who want to be away from downtown but close enough to downtown. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit older and dated. Great value overall.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area , with many good restaurants and shops nearby. The bedroom in the hotel was comfortable, but not enough good light and no water pressure in the bathroom sink . Staff could be more attentive to customer needs, helping with carrying bags .

The location of the “Pinnacle at the pier” is easy walking distance to the sea bus. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, and scenic walks along the waterfront. The hotel itself is clean and very comfortable. The water side views are amazing! Hans at the front desk upgraded our room as we were celebrating a special occasion. We had a great stay.
