We lost our passports getting out of the taxi late at night. Hotel reception brilliant- they went looking for them with torches and saved our holiday. Only a short stop but well locaed and comfortable hotel with very helpful snd friendly staff.

We like the Pinnacle at the pier and have stayed there in the past as well. It is located near the Seabus, a ferry from North Vancouver to Vancouver. The restaurant has a great chef and the food is fantastic. The linens and room are very clean and the staff give you excellent service.

I had such an incredible time. I spent one night in the harbour view room and the room was clean with modern updates and an incredible view. I had dinner in their restaurant called the libby and ordered the beef carpaccio and the calamari. It was so delicious and the calamari was very fresh. I cant wait to book again

The location and access was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room had a gorgeous view of downtown Vancouver and the waterfront. Bed was comfortable and the amenities were clean. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We loved everything but if there were something to make it better would to include parking in the price of your room and signage that is visible from Lonsdale Quay. I walked around the block with suitcase and backpack looking for the hotel.

Nice to have a balcony with a great view. Spacious. Consider like they do in Europe. One free per person bottle of water. They're really only $.50. Instead of $3. More coffee pods. Please.
