Coffee pot didn’t have a long enough cord to plug in unless moved. Microwave should be secured or stabilized. It kept shifting whenever we tried to use it.

The hallway smelled like pot. The room next to us had a group of young women who were very loud and playing music at a high volume. I called the front desk around 11:45 pm to complain, but I was told that quiet time didn’t start for another 10 minutes. The front desk clerk did go knock on their door after 10 minutes. I think 12 pm is a bit late to ask people to be quiet considering we are paying to go to sleep and are unable to. You offer a lounge and two places to eat so they can go there and be loud.
