The in-room amenities were cheap - thin toilet paper, scratchy towels, coffee maker didn't work, and the TV was awkward to operate. For a 350 per night room, that was unfortunate.

The pool room was super loud, echoed a lot, and not very clean, but my hotel room itself was clean. A lot of the male staff were rude. Very expensive for what's included in the price.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. I thought it was good quality, and the self serve and eating area was spotless with personal there to monitor everything. The room was very clean. A/C worked well. Everything was as it should have been.

Our room was in great shape, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly! My only concern with our stay was the pool which was a bit murky even though we were swimming at 9am.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The main thing about hotel is breakfast and tea. They really have kept thier word about good breakfast. Morning staff were running around to help all guest.
