Just checked in. Alfredo looked after me. He was efficient and friendly beyond the call! I could not ask for a better experience. It seems I have been “upgraded “ and I am grateful for that too. So far, the Sandman Signature seems to have been a great choice.

Check in staff is very friendly. Room is clean but can use more lights. Not liking to be on 2nd floor (highest floor) as the parking lot can look into your room. The hotel is in fine condition except the brown color theme makes the place looks dark esp. for the NW, we just need lighter color. Walking from room to the lobby is quite a way. Room can use a better coffee, I just don't like dark roast.

Outdated hotel. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2 at most. Beds were not queen, they were doubles. Dirty hotel. Hot tub was not hot, just warm.

We live the indoor pool with the water slide. Property is always nice and clean. Shuttle service to the airport is great too

Overall Satisfied with the Environment, But Very Disappointed with the Service I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall environment and facilities to be satisfactory. The room was clean, and the location was convenient. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. When I arrived in my room, I noticed there were no bottled water provided. After contacting the front desk, I was informed that normally there should be two bottles of water in the room. I requested that they bring up the missing bottles, and although they assured me they would, no action was taken. Similarly, I called the front desk to request a comb. They told me they would send one up shortly. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called the front desk again, but despite trying four times, no one answered. Finally, I went down to the front desk myself, and after checking their messages, the staff informed me that they were out of stock. It's quite shocking that a four-star hotel doesn't have something as basic as a comb available. What’s worse, the system failed so badly that I had to follow up myself to get an answer! This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope the hotel can improve its service management to meet the expectations of its guests.
