you need to offer lobby coffee and drinks in the morning, the Starbucks does not open until 630, a lot of customers have to leave before then and don't have time to make coffee in the room.

Make sure you're not handicapped!
We arrived from a cruise early and were told our rooms would be available at noon. Three hours later, one of the rooms still wasn't available. The room that was available was supposed to be handicapped accessible for my wheelchair bound sister in law. The room had nothing but a bar in the shower. Not that it really mattered, since she can't stand in the shower, and no shower seat was provided. While it was a nice looking property, it fell far short of meeting our needs. I'll never stay at a Sandman hotel again.
