I got tricked by either Expedia or Holiday Inn into a "non-refundable" rate, which was the only rate offered to me at this hotel. When I became ill and couldn't travel, I had to eat a $400 hotel room with no other options, because in 2024, everyone is out to get you and you need to be a lawyer to survive.

We had rented two rooms for a family time and event in the area. We arrived quite early. The efficient staff let us check into one room and gave us two parking spots. We were able to check in and not waste any more time and could proceed with our day. We enjoyed our time in the larger rooms we rented.

Came into the city for a concert. Hotel met all expectations from ease of check-in to parking access, transportation. Area full of dining options. Room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.
