Don't stay here. Health risk. There was a roach on the wall by TV in our room. Stayed in the upgraded Gatsby. On top of finding this, There was black mold in the water return on the jacuzzi. This is bad. It was also in the shower and on room walls. But wait it gets worse. I had the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in any hotel and I travel full time. The lady did not even acknowledge my major problem. Or even act like they cared. Not even an apology. Nothing. She just flat out ignored me and handed me the receipt. The lack of care shows in this hotel. I was so exhausted, disappointed and disgusted after this stay that instead of asking to speak to manager we just left we were so fed up. On top of these major health concerns we also had tons of problems. When we got to our room the fridge was not plugged in and the TV remote did not work. The door lock didn't even work. We had to go down to have someone come change batteries. Meanwhile we are waiting the whole time with the bell cart in hall after long drive. (aprox. 20 min. delay) When you walk into the lobby from parking lot elevators the halls smell of piss and homeless people. The room was completely unacceptable. I didn't want to ruin the few postive moments of our only romantic getaway in such a long time left, so we trecked through. But our trip was ruined and our time wasted and I was so disrespected. And now I have to worry about health issues from breathing in mol

Always admired this hotel from a distance for a long time and was happy to have stayed there because it was definitely worth it. Only minor thing that could improve is the climate control in the rooms. It was very difficult to regulate the temperature using the thermostat, but eventually figured it out. Overall, it was well worth the stay and well definitely be returning in the future.

Old building, elevators repeatedly malfunctioned
Staff was nice, but the building is very old and not maintained. The elevators repeatedly broke down and there is no stairway. If you stay here, allow an extra 20 minutes for the elevator every time you go out and an extra hour if you check out on a Sunday.
