Stayed in the apartment section and while they were lovely rooms, we unfortunately were missing a couple of key items in ours and it hadn’t been cleaned/checked properly from previous customers. We had no towels, no teaspoons and no oven rack or tray to bake on. Plus the kitchen bench was sticky and bathroom drawer was filthy with hair and rubbish. We normally love staying here as it’s convenient and modern but lacked servicing this time round sadly.

Very old and in need of a good paint. Paint peeling on windows. Bathroom and bedding clean but had to request more pillows. Only two very flat ones provided. Unpleasant smell. Bath tap drips.

I was dead tired when I got there and there happened to be some young cheer leading group there who made quite a bit of noise when I was trying to sleep after I checked in. And of course the room I was assigned was right next to the playground there and there were kids literally screaming just outside the window.

did want a room with a bath but its okay as my son still enjoyed the fact the shower head could come down to his height for a shower, great beds almost didnt want to leave them, convenient parking (great idea for parking permits) great quiet stay warm and cozy thank you poenamo team !

If you get room 26, demand a change. The swampy bit outside the bathroom window means that your room will stink of sewage all the time. I hope their apartments are in better condition cause the rest aren't. Friendly service in the fro,nt, and that's about it.

Have been staying there in the apartments for the past 3 years, due to location to eventfinda stadium rooms are great, tho this time think they could do with a fresher upper, recommended this place to many others in the cheerleading families around NZ.

The room was terrible! We had a Deluxe room which does not describe the room we stated in. North Shore is a lovely place, this rokm was the worse we have stayed in. Lots of broken ameneties, shiwer doir, toilet seat, lights, the list goes on. We had to move rooms and that wasnt much better. A refund would be not an unreasonable rewuest!
