The hotel is nice and in a great location. The only issue I have is that I had to go to reception 3 times to ask for towles, tea and body wash for the shower, as there was none. We had one towel put in our room therefore had to go to reception to get another. While there I also reminded them about the body wash. Even after 3 trips to reception the body wash was never refilled.

Terrible cleaning
Dirty, showed the staff several times and cleaned things in front of them. Foundation blobs on the tiles, reception were lovely but nothing really improved. Scrubbing is required not just a casual flick with a damp cloth. Would not return.

Cleaning standard needs addressing.
Appalling cleaning standard to the point I was wiping other people’s toothpaste spit off doors and tiles, as well as giant clumps on foundation on the wall after raising into reception the previous day and it still was cleaned, as well as other unidentifiable smears from walls. The reception team to their credit were wonderful in trying to resolve it, but after three days and no noticeable improvement I would not return. Showers and tiles need to be scrubbed, not just flicked with a damp cloth. Check the shower drain. It’s coated in scum.

The Hotel is very well maintained and in excellent condition, great location with good food nearby and close to the waterfront. The staff were very pleasant, attentive and went out of their way to assist me - in particular Byron and the two ladies at the front desk.

Property was great. Beds were comfy, the pillows were excellent and given the place is new, it's in excellent condition. The only downsides were they didn't honor any of the VIP offerings which were a contributing factor in my decision, therefore a reduction in 1 star and that anytime someone flushed a toilet or took a shower, I could hear it pretty loudly. Aside from those two issues, I'd highly recommend this spot.

Simple as stated but the bathroom had a gross smell that we figured was coming from the shower drain. Big construction across the road so no view. Comfy bed. Fairly clean.

Very comfortable stay for two nights right by the wharf and a short walk into the CBD where there were heaps of great restaurants. Quiet and spacious room, comfy bed, very clean. My only gripe is that housekeeping isn’t daily and is only provided every third night - leading to little annoyances like running out of amenities (teabags, shower cap etc) which are then not replaced
