the hotel in general was good. the staff Brenda, the shuttle driver, and the service was great at breakfast. the only problen with this stay, and at this hotel is the fact they put me on the third floor. i am on a walker,cane and i requested a down stairs floor room. all of there handicaps are on the third floor.. why would you put people with disabilities on the third floor, where only one elevator is working and in case of fire or any other danger they couldn't get to the lobby. this is not a safe hotel for peoplke with disabilites at all.

Nice hotel. The beds are comfortable, the water is hot, the heat and air work. The breakfast could be better, there’s no meat only eggs and diced potatoes. And of course the waffle maker. The coffee is extremely weak, I’d whether you not offer it to just water it down to save money! The area does have a few homeless people but I didn’t feel threatened at all. There’s a dinner a Denny’s next to the property and a 7 eleven, Mexican restaurant, subway and Starbucks across the street if you don’t want the hotel’s breakfast, definitely get coffee somewhere else. The staff was polite.

Old property, great location, budget friendly
This property is close to the airport and affordable. Its old and not well kept but not horrible. One elevator was broken. The front desk person said some crazed guest tried to open it with a crowbar. That didn't make me feel great. We had to walk a long way to get to the side elevator. You can tell they remodeled the place at some point but the upkeep was not great. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was old and stained but I didn't get bedbugs and the heat worked. We only stayed 2 nights and had a super early flight and that is why I stayed here. They had free breakfast that is typical. Not bad, not fabulous. They played great music in the lobby and our car was not broken into so all in all it was fine.

Overall Good
We booked the executive suite for a 2-night stay. It was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but the 2nd morning they ran out of sausage before 9:00am. Also, there was no coffee. One of the hallways (123-133) stunk like weed at one point.
