no hot water. Was told to run for a long time before it would get hot so ran 30 mins which I had to wake up early to do. Still no hot water. Crickets by the dozens in my room. I was woke up during the night as they would jump on me. There was 4 on the wall at the bed, 8 on top of the door jam, etc.

On the advertisement online for that hotel it says they have a pool and breakfast they had neither one of those the pools closed permanently and they do not offer breakfast whatsoever it was very noisy and a lot of bad activity in the area I would really like to have a discount on that room it was very upsetting to me when I expected a pool and breakfast and I did not get either that's the only reason why I booked that hotel is for the pool and they've had it closed permanently for a while but on their ad online it shows a pool

Always private and safe. I really enjoy my stay here. The beds are always clean and the tubs are always fully functional so that I can take a shower and so can my puppy. Thanks you guys!!!!
