Everything about the stay was wonderful from the continental breakfast to the staff. The breakfast was different every morning and good. Beds were very comfortable. There only negative I have to say about our stay was the nail poking out of a chair. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again.

There were several things that brought the rating down. There was 3 loose bathroom tiles in our room. The shower was pretty weak. AC in the bedroom part wasn't working properly. Every morning received a wake up call despite asking for no wake up call, was told they would replace the phone but never did. The breakfast offered seemed pretty lackluster at best. The pictures make it look much better than it is. Limited options. Overall I'm sure this was a nice hotel circa 2000, but doesn't seem to be updated or refreshed since then. It was a bad price, but I would stay elsewhere the next time I visit the area.

easy access off I-10
It was quick access off I-10 driving from Sky Harbor Airport. Although we did not get to enjoy some amenities, breakfast selection was great. Quiet and clean hotel.

Poor Customer Service
I couldn’t accurately rate this hotel because they canceled my reservation because they tried to charge my credit card for the full stay before I arrived. Their app allowed me to advise my arrival would be after 7 PM. When I arrived I was told they left me a message saying my reservation would be canceled by 1 PM if I didn’t call back before my arrival. Technology failed to alert me because the voice mail wasn’t delivered to my phone until after I spoke to the hotel clerk who was unhelpful. He claimed the hotel was sold out. He suggested I talk to the manager in the morning because there was nothing he could do. I feel this Hilton policy is deceptive. Even Hotels.com wasn’t aware my reservation was canceled as it asked about my stay.

The staff was amazing. I had a medical emergency and the staff was very caring and genuine and followed up with me once I got back from the hospital to see how I was doing and to see if there was anything that they could do to make sure that I was comfortable.
